Valerie Kiser Design
In 2010 I decided to make a lot of changes to expand my company and fulfill my dreams. I set out to design a collection of hand printed clothing, home decor and accessories. And my mission to keep things local led me to printers and manufacturers in Pennsylvania, South Carolina and California allowing me to keep up with quality patrol & develop relationships with people involved with VKD production. Branching out to these sources has greatly help me expand and create new things everyday.
I’m proud to introduce – Valerie Kiser Design: Design For People Who Life is located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The mission is to specialize in hand made, sustainable apparel, home decor, accessories and more. Everything is designed, printed and manufactured within 100 miles of the studio when possible. 2010 collections RIDE, CHIRP & SHINE will be sure to leave you smiling!

11:11 Enterprises
Hi ! My name is Jamila and I’ve been working on my dream business 11:11 enterprises for the last 8 years. We make wildly eclectic accessories featuring imagery and patterns from all over the planet. Everything is hand sewn in Los Angeles and my husband and I run the business together from home and sell to stores all over the United States and worldwide through our website, Amazon.com, Amazon.uk, and most recently in Germany through Amazon.de !
I started 11:11 as a way to make a living from my collage art and my always growing collection of vintage ephemera. It’s been a real adventure because when I started I knew nothing about what running a small business actually entailed! I always just trusted that my intuition would help me work it out and so far so good. After all this time I know for certain that all things come to those who just have faith and never quit on their dreams. I like to think that each of my products are little reminders of that in a way. Surround yourself with what inspires you and uplift your life in a hundred tiny ways throughout the day. I hope my products can help with that!

I am a French born colourist artist with a great passion for colour. I live in the UK, in the beautiful Thames Valley region, in a village called Taplow. I am married and have 2 fabulous sons.
I always wanted to express my passion for nature and colours and it was only when I found the right teacher, at the right time, in my very early 50’s that I discovered I could paint.. nearly 15 years later I have not looked back!
I will always be so grateful to this wonderful lady, an artist herself, whoencouraged me to be myself.
I studied at the Berkshire College of Art and Design and Amersham Art College. I have exhibited widely including Agora Gallery in NYC . I also do commissioned work and my collectors include Starbucks Coffee Company, Adrian Moorhouse , The Windsor Contemporary Art Fairs and many private individuals.
From an early age, Paul Cezanne ,the Fauves school headed by Matisse and Derain, Van Gogh and many ‘colourists’ inspired me..they still do. Colour plays a key role in my approach to painting and my sense of colour is instinctive. My work is about the wonder and energy of life and my aim is to communicate its creative and vibrant essence in both people and nature.
I am spiritual and have practised Nichiren Buddhism for 32 years, always learning and amazed by how wonderful and precious life is.
Painting gives me a way to touch people’s lives..it is why I paint.
You can visit my website : http://www.annickmckenzie.com (soon to be revamped and to include blog ) where you can purchase original paintings, limited edition prints , greetings cards .. Also I invite you join my Facebook art page for the latest art news..

I am the founder and director of Be Healing. I am a spiritual teacher, author. a psychic channel of the highest healing spiritual entities.
I have spent my life healing myself and it continues to be the most interesting part of my own life. Due to the experiences that I have had with my self-healing I have a wealth of knowledge to pass on to you. Coupling this with my clair-abilities is what makes my sessions incredibly powerful.
My sessions go way beyond coaching as the guidance comes from your highest spiritual guides, and they go way beyond psychic readings because I am living the healing path every day and add my wealth of experience to your reading.
All of my sessions are designed so that you get a significant healing effect, therefore you need to be ready for the whole truth!
I do nothing without being guided to by my angel and spirit guides. I need no information from you in order to give you an emailed session – your spiritual guides give me all of the information that I need to pass it on to you.
My healing sessions involve channeled healing, shamanic techniques, crystal healing, chakra work, cord cutting, colour, emotional and energy work.
Each healing is specific to you and what you most require and so each healing takes its own direction.
I have been helping people to heal for many years and have helped people to completely turn their lives around.
I look forward to working with you.
In loving service,
Claire Louise Hay

Gaia Greetings
I’m a pattern-aholic and wanna-be interior designer with a love of cultural art that ranges in genre from music to jewelry and includes everything in between. I meld my interests with my passion for print, color and all things natural. Then, I throw in a healthy dose of digital and a genuine desire to promote good people and viola! Here’s where I’ve landed! (Thanks Becca, for being the first to submit YOUR profile to me!)
Ultimately, I want to be happy, so I decided to start a ripple. It started with the first of many offerings—Goodness Grams, whose sole purpose is to spread that ripple, as far as it will go.
Currently, I’m offering digital versions that you can share through Facebook, with the ultimate goal being storytelling and inspiration on our community web forum (due to release in July 2011. Check us out then! www.gaiagreetings.com).
That’s as far as this journey has taken me so far… but I’m looking forward to hearing where it takes everyone else and seeing what kind of community we can build.
Be a Ripple! You can send a Goodness Gram today!

“Sometimes you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look atit right” – Grateful Dead
Photography to me is the same, and I feel I can see the light others may not see. I have a great passion for finding perspectives, seeing things differently and capturing that moment for myself and others to see. The beauty in life can sometimes be hard to see but if we stop and look a little harder we will see it. My goal is to capture this to help us all smile a little more.
I began studying Photography back in 1999 at a small community college In Pittsburgh. As a journalism Major I hoped to eventually add photojournalism to my list of studies. Unfortunately, as life would have it,I ended up Joining the Army full time as an MP and moved to Germany.School and photography was put on hold. I have once again found myself in a place where I can now afford and find the time to follow my true passion. I began studying once again at the Art institute of Pittsburgh online. Ultimately I would love to become a photojournalist traveling and capturing images such of my role model, Margaret Bourke-White. Until then, I am lucky to be able to capture the beauty this island has to offer while raising my two children. “What a Long strange trip it’s been…” and it has only begun!

I began making jewelry when I studied abroad in Florence, Italy. I talked my way into an intermediate soldering and stone setting class without any prior experience. So I was in over my head, but I LOVED it! It was so incredible to have an idea for something, sketch it and then think of a way to wear this idea through jewelry. And then the challenge of actually making it! I love the process of taking inspiration to the next level of turning that inspiration into a wearable object. A few years later I would be living in Japan, where I found endless inspirations all around me, the wood carvings, the kangi symbols, the sakura.

“May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may my thoughts, words, and actions help to contribute to that happiness and freedom in someway” – Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
Jessica Hedrick, founder of White Sage Massage and Yoga, is a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Usui Reiki Master.
Jessica discovered movement through dance at a very young age. She studied ballet for 15 years, though the stress on her physical and mental body challenged her to find an alternative. In 2002, while studying at The Savannah College of Art and Design, she found a permanent home for her body in Yoga. She found that Yoga cultivated strong feelings of love and grace, and eased the stresses of daily life.
Her interest in yoga was deepened in 2008, when a high stress job led her to a work trade position at the Savannah Yoga Center. In 2010 she completed Asheville Yoga Center’s 230 hour teacher training program. Just before graduating, Jessica taught Yoga at SYC until she moved to Asheville to attend The Asheville School of Massage and Yoga. Here she received 675 hours of training including an additional 100 hour yoga certification.
In addition, Jessica is a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui tradition. She is grateful to her loving teacher Vivian Quattlebaum for this gift and lineage and extends gratitude to all her teachers past, present, and future.
(Jessica moonlights as a web designer, and also built this site)
