I am Rebecca, a professional Illustrator who creates custom fine art works only. Very little digital in my process! I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Illustration in 3/2001. This work is my side-business and has recently taken a front seat!
I hold tight onto the beauty of fine art the way it was before the age of computer art programs. Whenever I can, I use all natural, GREEN, non-toxic (such as vegetable-based
inks, recycled paper) materials. I mainly work in water color, pen and ink or acrylic but dabble with other media sometimes. I adore sketch as a finished piece of framed art.
My work is commissioned to be framed and hung on walls, murals, work designed to match people’s decor, make patterns for fabrics, textiles, china patterns, to be used in furniture or clothing, etc. The sky is the limit. I usually have about ten different series’ happening at once! I move within my inspiration to bring people joy and go where I am wanted to shine a light, celebrate life and to do the very best I can within the awesome flow of creativity throughout this Universe.
