For many years, I felt that the soul secret to physical health and well being was only found in the mind. If our mind was right, our body was right. If we find balance in the mind, we find perfect balance in the body. Today, I now realize how much work it is to feel perfect balance in the mind. It is a daily practice. And I now know how it becomes vastly easier to calm and balance the mind and body if we feed it the very best ingredients and nutrients from this earth. It is possible to not worry about nutrition and still maintain a healthy mind and body, but this makes it much, much more difficult, in my opinion.
I was introduced to a company called Life Force International at the very first wellness center who hired me to teach Yoga. I was a come and go customer for a few years, due to moving and travel.
