Finding my biggest passion is tying together all of my happiness and it is: getting my BUTT into the best shape of my life and helping others do the same! And I love my new community of healthy people.

Joining the Beachbody community has made me fall in love with the teams affiliated. P90X changed my life and body as well as my Yoga practice, really taking it to the next level. Insanity gave me endurance I have never known before. I love all of the Beachbody programs and all that the company has to offer! Now I do not have to worry about moving, being in a military family, if there will be a good Yoga studio, gym or fitness club wherever we live. Ever since I found Beachbody my money spent on fitness has dropped dramatically. No more trainers, classes or driving to far away studios. I work on my fitness from home and at my local and free Beachbody fit clubs. Any extra Yoga classes or workshops I take are now just for fun, not necessity, any more! I don’t have to have child care or spend gas money to drive anywhere to stay in peak physical condition, and I LOVE that!

No more back pain. No more “post-baby body.” No more past, emotional trauma being held so tightly by my weakness and flab. I am embracing the most fit body temple I have ever known in my life. My Yoga practice has totally transformed and strengthened. My moods are lighter and my mind is more clear and sharp. I am fully present for my children and keep up with them with spirited energy. I am pain free. I am joyful. I am loving business and life more than ever.

Pure health, wellness, strength and fitness is in my every day now. And I am not even totally DONE yet! I still have goals to achieve! And I want YOU to join me on my journey to achieve it all.
